When you are eating bad foods, not drinking your 2 litres of water a day or getting enough sleep, you’ll find yourself feeling fatigued and unmotivated which in turn can affect your confidence. Reflect on your overall lifestyle and make some positive changes in order to feel more confident. In a lot of cases, you may not be aware that your lifestyle is having a negative impact on your confidence until you reflect on it.
Practise positive self-talk

Essentially, you need to be positive whatever the situation is throughout the day as this helps promote a positive mindset. Just think, if you are in a room and everyone is being upbeat, happy and positive, that energy is passed on to everyone else. If you try to be negative in this surrounding, the negativity is ignored.
