Go-to – Super Handy
Serious hand washing has become the new normal during 2020, so I guess you might be overdue to add a solid hand cream to the mix, I know finding a good hand cream hasn’t been the easiest task as many I’ve tried are either too watery, too sticky, or too fragranced. Determined to find your best possible bets—and put an end to dry skin and cuticles the go-to super handy is one of my favourites so far… The reasons why? Is packed with plenty of antioxidants, has an all-natural formula that quickly sinks into the skin without leaving any residue behind and the smells are like a botanical heaven – Have I mentioned how cute the pink tube looks in my shelfie?

Sand & Sky – Australian Emu Apple Super Bounce Mask
Australian made its mark into the beauty world and Sand & Sky Australian Emu Apple Super Bounce Mask is widely favoured by beauty editors, influencers and celebs thanks to its glow-plump abilities and beautiful ingredients like Emu apple, glow berries, hyaluronic acid, vitamin c and jojoba oil.
As you might know already, I’m all about a glowy and dewy skin look, especially during these last three months when my skin has become drier than ever and needs a tone of hydration so I put this cult product to test (17.000 waiting list), and here is what I think.
This mask is not your conventional mask, it’s visually very strange when you first open the lid, thick, jelly, and slightly purple, it comes with an applicator which I personally love so there’s no mess around. I like to apply it with a clean face and leave it for 10-15 minutes, a cup of tea and I almost feel like I’m having a facial at home. After removing it (with a warm cloth) the skin looks brighter without any dry sensation, I highly recommend it for those ones who have sensitive/dry skin but still want to achieve that glowy look. The best part? no sulphates, silicones, parabens, phthalates and it’s cruelty-free.

Aveda – Botanical Repair Strengthening Shampoo
Hands up if you straighten, heat style or colour your hair? if it’s a yes, you probably have tried some of the cult hair repair treatments on the hunt for a shiny and healthy mane. With long strands, ongoing balayage and damaged ends, I literary sleep in hair treatment some nights of the week and, the Georgie mane mask and coconut oil are regulars on my haircare routine to keep it healthy. Finding a good shampoo that makes the job, doesn’t need tones of it to get rid of my masks and oils and leave my hair shiny and soft is require.
Impressive six years in the making this vegan and natural shampoo it’s competing with other cult shampoos in the market with serious bond-building technology which makes your hair up to five times stronger and the best part is that you can see an immediate difference with just a few uses. My usual dry ends are behaving (and looking) better even without drying!
The only problem is that now that I have tried this ($51) shampoo, I can not come back to my normal washing — however until I figure out how to deal with it I’ll be slathering my hair on this botanical smell every week (until the end).

O Cosmedics – O-Biome Hydrating & Setting Spray
This triple-action spray protects skin microbiome and pH, offering 360º liquid hydration, seals and sets both skincare and makeup. How I use it? Most of the time I like to spritz a fine layer all over my face after I’ve done my makeup to seal everything in. During the past few months, I’ve been taking really good care of my microbiome and this Hydrating & Setting Spray has definitely helped my skin on the journey.
This product is free from parabens, sulphates, fragrances, and of course cruelty-free, I love that it works as a prebiotic boost for my skin to help create and maintain a healthy environment towards my microbiome and as a postbiotic focusing only on natural ingredients to nourish the skin and support healthy barrier care.

Oxygenetix – Acne Control Hydro-Matrix
As someone with acne-prone skin, I always like to go for skincare products that will be gentle with my skin problems, and that helps to banish my blemishes as much as possible. At this point, you would agree with me that ingredients are everything when looking for skincare, and that’s something that at Oxygenetix they take pretty serious, first I fall in love with their foundation and now the moisturizer, coincidence? I don’t think so.
ICYMI, salicylic acid is one of the best allies for your troubled skin, as it helps open your pores and clear out acne-causing bacteria and help heal your skin, and if you paired with HA aka hyaluronic acid, the result is a lightweight formula that has made my skin love it while it heals blemishes, soothes and protects you all day, every day.

Antipodes – Hosanna H20 Intensive Skin-Plumping Serum
A serum is one of my favourite products in my daily routine. I love the texture and the feeling on my skin. The first thing that hit me when I started using the Hosanna H2O Intensive Skin-Plumping serum from Antipodes is the smell – A mix between french roses and cardamon that feels divine to my senses. I now have been using this product for more than a month and all I can say is that I can’t live without it.
Just with a few drops, my skin is instantly hydrated and my skin tone is more even than ever. I also noticed fewer pimples and blackouts all over my face, while using it in the morning and sometimes at night time with my night cream. Saying that the price of this product is a little bit expensive, for me it’s really worth it.

Malia Hair – Watermelon Hair Mask
The Watermelon hair mask from Malia Hair is my ‘indulgence’ of October. As you might noticed, I’m all about scents and smells when choosing a product for myself, and of course the smell of this Malia mask is obviously a treat for my hair with a texture that’s not sticky at all. Usually, I use it once a week at nighttime. One thing I must say is that the odour doesn’t stay after the shampoo and that’s a shame but still, I can see after one month, that my hair is really soft and healthier.
And the good news doesn’t stop here, this watermelon goodie is made of just natural products, the ingredient list is flawless to my eyes! I definitely recommend it if you are looking for a good hair mask to hydrate dry hair.
