Welcome back CF new beauty releases – our monthly roundup of new beauty products and undisputed favourites worth adding to your cart. From tan maximiser to on-the-go skincare, these are a list of the best products our team can’t stop talking about, and we’d suggest adding them to your cart now…
1. The Beauty Chef Adaptogen Inner Beauty Boost
You probably know how obsessed I’m with all the Beauty Chef products. Beauty and wellness guru Carla Oates, has recently launched The Adaptogen Inner beauty boost, a bio-fermented elixir (that tastes absolutely delicious, almost like cola) activated with vitamin B6 and B12 that help you reduce fatigue, recharge energy, nourish your gut and of course help to refresh tired-looking skin.
It’s made with the most beautiful ingredients like bio-fermented papaya, ashwagandha, holy basil, and as expected, it’s vegan, gluten-free, non-GMO, with no artificial flavors, preservatives, or colors.
2. The Ordinary Balance Set
The ordinary is one of those brands we’ve been deeply in love with for a long time, especially with its cult product Squalane Cleanser and Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% so the brand has just launched the most thoughtful set for a clear- healthy-skin called The Balance Set which includes Squalane Cleanser (check here to see why we love it) a high 10% concentration of Niacinamide, as well as a 1% concentration of Zinc to balance the sebum activity, thereby reducing the appearance of textural irregularities and pores.
Plus the divine Salicylic Acid 2% Masque that targets lackluster tone and texture and last but not least the Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA which delivers non-greasy hydration perfect to use every day. In recap, if you feel overwhelmed with all the beauty products in the market, this set is all you’ll need for a simple-yet-effective healthy skincare routine.
3. Medik8 Press & Glow
One of the latest exfoliating formula by Medik8 that pretty much everyone is talking about due to its crafted blend of PHAs and prickly pear (a beautiful natural enzyme-accelerator) that boost the skin’s glow to another level without disrupting the skin barrier and causing irritation. You can use it every day and the best part is that it’s safe to use with your retinol as well which is a big plus for me.
4. Charlotte Tilbury Instant Eye Palette
Charlotte’s Tilbury new palette has plenty of hits (you can read our in-depth review here), but what we love it the most is how creamy the shades are and how it’s divided into trios to make it easier for you in order to organise your makeup looks!
5. Everyday Humans Resting Beach Face SPF30 Sunscreen Serum
Cruelty-free, reef-friendly with good-for-you ingredients and eco-friendly packaging is all we want to hear when it comes to SPF and Everyday Humans products are free of nasties like (parabens, sulphates, artificial fragrances, and other harmful chemicals) that are toxic to you and to coral reefs. After testing the Resting Beach Face SPF30 Sunscreen Serum – a best seller for a reason – all I have to say is that this product won’t last in my beauty cupboard for long.
The 2-in-1 lightweight sunscreen-serum is powered by hyaluronic acid which I personally love as it helps me with the hydration but also reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, while (for me) the most exciting ingredients – hi spinach and green tea – give that glow to my skin while repairing sun damage. Do I need anything else for the summer season?
6. Alkira VITAMIN C+ TONIC
Not wearing makeup for almost five months have made my skin weep with gratitude. I’ve been using this new refine vitamin C + tonic formula—part chemical exfoliant, part toner, and part essence—for only a few days and already I’m seeing a vast improvement, especially in my face’s glow-tone factor.
This tonic is made with some of our favourite ingredients like Caviar & Kakadu plum, perfect to purify the pores without disrupting the skin barrier as the ingredients work in tandem to exfoliate, boost brightness, and hydrate leaving the skin glowy and radiant.
7. Davines SU Tan Maximizer
Summer season is almost here, which means we all want to have this -sun-kissed kind of tone and Davines has brought a new beautiful tan maximizer that will not just look incredibly chic on your beauty shelf, it also prepares the skin before exposure to the sun. How does it work? Basically, this bad boy naturally helps to accelerate the skin pigmentation process and leave the skin to nourish without any greasy feeling. The result? A beautiful tan that will last for longer!
8. Skinstitut QUICK-FIX Sheet Mask
Who doesn’t love a quick-fix sheet mask for those moments when we need to shine or just wanted to feel pampered? Skinstitut has recently launched a bio-cellulose and lotus fiber masks that give the perfect excuse for an at-home self-care-time. Doesn’t matter what your skin concerns are these masks have your covered (brightening, hydrating, or regeneration). In case you want even better results, we like to use their Rose Quartz face roller on top of the mask to give some extra cooling treat and massage the excess serum into the face, neck, and décolletage after application.
9. Santé by Enjo New Limited Edition
Looking for a natural yet sustainable way to remove your makeup that looks as good in the bathroom as it does the job? Santé by Enjo has launched a good-looking limited edition instant glow pack that includes all you need, (from face towel to makeup remover) and more for a perfect yet well-treated radiant skin.
10. OneFigure Lash Starter Kit
This lash starter kit is a true game-changer for those who are not used to the fake lashes game – forget about the glue issues – and enjoy creating your natural or dramatic look with the most beautiful lashes. This all-in-one kit gives me literally everything I need to look more glam either for an event or for a night out in less than 5 minutes.
11. BOOST LAB 2D-Hyaluronic Hydro Boost Serum
We were so excited when boost lab serums landed on our desk, a-new Australian serum specialist, that has come up with a revolutionary yet affordable range of single focus treatment serums that put the power of good ingredients to treat each skin concert. I have tried (for the moment) the 2D-Hyaluronic Hydro Boost Serum and let me tell you that it’s pretty amazing considering its price point. For less than $30 you can get an everyday hydrating serum that makes the job and leave the skin plump and super hydrated without any greasy sensation.
12. The Dermal Diary Luminous Lift Mask Kit
Once again, Australia’s leading skin therapist, Isabella Loneragan, has launched a revolutionary instant facelift kit, that delivers effective and immediate age correcting and lifting results to areas like the face, neck, and décolletage, with just one 20-minute at-home treatment. Formulated with vitamin B and Fucus Vesiculosus Extract (an invigorating brown seaweed), this powerful blend is packed with antioxidants and amino acids to fight damaging free radicals and reduce inflammation all in one!
The potent combination of tightening and nourishing ingredients allows it to lift, tone, and firm the skin from the neck up. So if you want to see immediate results that include a noticeable reduction in the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, dark spots, and sagging skin you should give it a go.
13. Bondi Sands Tropical Rum Body Wash
Who doesn’t like a good body wash free of nasties, that doesn’t cost a fortune, smells good, makes the job, and doesn’t strip the skin barrier (hi PH balanced) This one is a great option to consider as the formula is enriched with vitamin E, Aloe Vera, and jojoba. The best part? It’s oil-free so you don’t have to worry anymore about the longevity of your self-tan and you can enjoy the tropical smell while you are having your daily shower.
